Who can resist a good cheese ball? Yup, basically, no one! If you want to please everyone this holiday, whip up this tasty, cheesy dish. This creamy goat cheese is filled with the colors and flavors of the season and is sure to impress your guests.
Holiday Goat Cheese Log
Ingredients
- 8 ounces goat cheese
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 pomegranate cut in half, seeds extracted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup pink peppercorns ground
Instructions

Using a mixer, hand beater, or whisk, whip goat cheese until smooth and pliable. Add salt, lemon juice, and rosemary leaves. Incorporate completely.

Pat pomegranate seeds dry, and using a rubber spatula fold the seeds into the goat cheese mixture.

Transfer mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap, and roll into a log, or any shape you desire. Place in fridge for 1 hour.

Lay peppercorns on a plate. Roll goat long into the peppercorns distributing them evenly until the entire outer surface of the goat cheese os covered. Place in refrigerator again for another hour. Bring to your holiday party and serve with your favorite veggies, chips, or crackers. Yum!
