When he moved to an office job, he was constantly on the go and eating out more, usually three times a day. Things got even more hectic when wedding season came around — his son got married, followed by his daughter only two months later. The stress and excitement made it even more challenging to focus on his diet, and he hit an all-time high of almost 380 lbs.

Rad Dad Celebration: Meet Tom!

Jeff got into sports as a kid, and the passion continued well into adulthood. He was underweight for most of his life, and his high school coaches often encouraged him to gain weight, but he didn't pay it any mind.
