Lahli Harvest Protein Bites are a ready-to-eat breakfast item that are perfect if you don’t have time to cook in the morning. They are made with chicken, eggs, whole milk, sweet potatoes, kale, yellow squash, and onions. One serving, or four bites, contains 10 grams of protein and 6 grams of carbohydrates. Pairing these bites with a cup of joe is one option to ease your hunger before you start the work day.
