What motivated you to start a weight loss program?
Diabetic, tired and was in lots of pain. I wanted to get my life back and not have to take diabetes medicine every day.
What are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced during your weight loss journey?
I was late night eater I had to reprogram myself to eat during the day and drink water at night and keep myself busy not thinking about food
Describe a non-scale victory from your weight loss journey that you’re proud of.
I can sleep so much better and I have lots of energy now to clean and do daily things I wasn’t able to before
What’s a healthy habit you’ve built that helps you stay on track?
I drink water with every meal
