Andrea Now Loves her Daily Walks

What motivated you to start a weight loss program?

My doctor told me if I didn’t start losing weight I’d be headed toward diabetes and other health issues. That got me nervous having 2 young kids and not feeling great at all.

What are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced during your weight loss journey?

Late night snacking has always been my downfall. Now instead of chocolate or cookies if I want a snack I eat a cup of jello.

Describe a non-scale victory from your weight loss journey that you’re proud of.

I used to not be able to walk a few blocks without feeling winded and tired. Now I can take my dog on walks and I love it.

What’s a healthy habit you’ve built that helps you stay on track?

I track every single thing I eat! Even if I had an off day with eating I still track everything. It helps to keep my focused and accountable even on bad days.
