What motivated you to start a weight loss program?
I have been overweight all my life and trued different diets and apps before and I stumbled upon this one and stuck with it and continue to lose weight.
What are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced during your weight loss journey?
I would snack after dinner and diet sodas so I started exercising and got off my the diet sodas which helped a lot also when I gained weight I would get discouraged I would just look at the different tools on the app and that kept me on track
Describe a non-scale victory from your weight loss journey that you’re proud of.
Well when I started I had a blood sugar of 450 but after 48 days I now have it under control and it is now 106 to 115 and it has allowed me to get off all my diabetic meds and just control my type 2 diabetes with diet instead of a bunch of pills and insulin
What’s a healthy habit you’ve built that helps you stay on track?
I log all food before I eat and it keeps me eating healthy
