We’ve partnered with the folks at the Challenges App to set up a November challenge that everyone can participate in. Whether you’re joining as an individual or rounding up friends for a team, this Challenge is for you.
The Details
Starting on November 1, we’re challenging you to commit to 30 days of consistent exercise. You decide what kind of movement works best for you, and the Challenges app will convert your movement into points. Rack up points and compete with people around the world!
How to Participate
- Simply download the Challenges App on iOS or Android and create an account (you can log in with your Lose It! account, too!).
- Decide whether you want to compete in the Team Throwdown or the Solo Smackdown and join the challenge.
- Follow the prompts to grant permissions for the Challenges app to access the movement data from your phone / smartwatch.
- If you’re joining a team challenge, you’ll join an existing team or create a new one.
- Set your goals for the challenge and get moving!
