Jenn began her career in group fitness and training in 2003. She became passionate about fitness classes while attending Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. Along with her degree in Interpersonal Communications, Jenn also studied kinesiology and biomechanics and quickly became an instructor at the school’s recreation center.  While studying in Ohio, Jenn began working with college students to explore health and wellness programs at a university level.  Soon after graduation, she moved to Boston and continued her love for instructing in the collegiate, private, and corporate fitness and wellness sectors.

Jenn is inspired to explore emerging research in the exercise industry and continually strives to adapt her training modalities to meet the needs of the populations she serves.  She builds personal relationships with each and every client, helping them to celebrate small successes, inspiring and motivating them to maximize their potential, and helping them reach lasting lifestyle transformations!

Jenn has made it a habit of staying active by embracing her love for both spontaneous adventures and rest & relaxation! She knows how important it is to listen to both your mind and your body and to have a healthy intuition. Outside of the gym, you will find Jenn training her clients in their own homes or virtually online.  Jenn and her husband enjoy hiking, biking and chasing around their rambunctious son Eddie!
