Notes for making sparkling summer mocktails:
- These mocktails aren’t designed to be overly sweet. I recommend using the amount of sweetener listed, tasting it, and then adjusting from there.
- To make these completely free of added sugars, you can replace the sweeteners in the recipes with Stevia drops. As how much to use will vary on personal preference, I recommend making your mocktail of choice and then adding the drops at the end to taste.
- For the Strawberry Lime Fizz, you can substitute the strawberries with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, or cherries.
- For the Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade, feel free to use strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries in place of the raspberries.
- If you don’t have a muddler, the handle of a large wooden spoon works well.
- For the Pineapple Mojito Mocktail, you can use frozen pineapple instead of fresh.
