Ingredients
Kiwi-Mint-Lime
- 1 kiwi skin removed
- 2-3 sprigs mint
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp honey
Blood Orange-Lavender
- 2 blood oranges
- 1 tbsp lavender seeds
- 1 inch piece turmeric
- 1 tsp honey
Grapefruit-Hibiscus
- 1 large grapefruit any variety
- 1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions

Combine ingredients of the beverage you want to make with 5 cups of water in a medium size sauce pot. Set pot onto a stove top burner and turn heat to medium.

Bring pot to a low simmer and simmer for 15 minutes.

Turn heat off and strain beverage into a storage container. Let cool to room temperature before placing in the fridge.

Garnish with orange wedges, fresh mint, fresh kiwi, grapefruit wheels or other herbs.
