Welcome to the Lose It! family! We’re so glad you’re considering using Lose It! to support your health journey.

75% of former MyFitnessPal users we talked to expressed feeling apprehensive about learning a new tool. So we took their biggest sources of confusion and compiled the information below in the hopes that it will help you more quickly make the switch. With just a few simple steps, you’ll find that Lose It! has much of the same functionality as MyFitnessPal.
