Cool Off with These Three Sparkling Summer Mocktails

Sparkling Summer Mocktails
Looking for a refreshing drink to enjoy sans alcohol? These three healthy summer sparkling mocktails are made with fresh fruit, lightly sweetened, and alcohol-free, making them perfect for the whole family.

Notes for making sparkling summer mocktails:

  • These mocktails aren’t designed to be overly sweet. I recommend using the amount of sweetener listed, tasting it, and then adjusting from there.
  • To make these completely free of added sugars, you can replace the sweeteners in the recipes with Stevia drops. As how much to use will vary on personal preference, I recommend making your mocktail of choice and then adding the drops at the end to taste.
  • For the Strawberry Lime Fizz, you can substitute the strawberries with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, or cherries.
  • For the Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade, feel free to use strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries in place of the raspberries.
  • If you don’t have a muddler, the handle of a large wooden spoon works well.
  • For the Pineapple Mojito Mocktail, you can use frozen pineapple instead of fresh.
