This winter goat cheese salad with fresh orange slices and pomegranate seeds is a nutritious way to add some color to the colder months. It’s also my go-to recipe for the holidays.
As much as I loved the contrast between the creamy, tangy goat cheese and the crunchy roasted hazelnuts, by far my favorite part of this salad is the orange vinaigrette.
To make it, you’ll need orange juice. I used Simply Orange (no pulp) 100% orange juice, but you could also use fresh squeezed orange juice as you only need 2 tablespoons.
