In October 2022, Cyndriel, 39, from Astoria, NY, decided she wanted to give herself the gift of a healthier and happier lifestyle for her 40th birthday. Cyndriel consciously tried to break two habits she felt were holding her back from being the healthiest version of herself: stress eating and inconsistent exercising.
