The Power of Optimism Paired With Better Discipline When it Comes to Making Food Choices Can Be a Game Changer
Co-host of the Fixate & Binge podcast (where discussion centers around what movies and shows to watch), Joe, from Oakdale, CA, believes that sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words. When he saw himself in a photo taken at his son’s graduation, he knew it was time for a change. Like many, Joe had tried losing weight with fad diets and quick-fix gimmicks, but none proved sustainable. This time, he turned to an app to help keep him accountable as he worked on building new habits – and it worked!
